Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
Your order will take around 3-5 working days to create, package and post so please be patient with us.
We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected.
We do offer international shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
CAREFUL PACKING FOR RETURNS.
Regardless of the reason for the return, buyer is required to carefully pack merchandise for return shipping. We will not replace any items due to damaged in shipping.
Unauthorised returns received by us will be refused and returned at the buyer's expense.
DAMAGED GOODS.
Upon receipt of shipment, buyer should immediately inspect goods and make a note of any and all damages and/or shortages discovered. PLEASE CHECK-IN YOUR ORDER ASAP! We are happy to help with any order that is with-in 14 DAYS of delivery. Please be advised We will not be held responsible for any items found broken or missing after the first 14 DAYS.
Due to the custom order policy we are not able to refund or accept returns on custom orders.
Refunds and returns are not accepted due to the custom order policy but please feel free to contact us if you are having issues with your order.
What about defective or flawed items?
We stand behind all of our products and each one takes considerable time and effort to create from scratch. If your item is defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 14 days since your purchase, simply visit the contact us page to return the item.
